Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test in Westlake, TX to join the Workplace Investing Quality Engineering team. You will be part of an Agile group of 6-8, delivering automated tests and ensuring software quality across APIs and UI components.

You will leverage Cucumber, RESTAssured, Selenium/Playwright and cloud-based tooling, working with Git/Jenkins in a fast-paced environment to drive robust testing practices and reliable software releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience required.
• 6 years of hands-on experience in functional and automation testing.
• Experience in API and UI testing including automation.
• Proficiency with Cucumber, RESTAssured and Selenium/Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test critical applications to ensure quality and confidence in capabilities.
• Work within an Agile Sprint/Kanban team to deliver reliable software.
• Utilize automation frameworks and CI/CD tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to crystallize acceptance criteria.
