Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in test/controls engineering in manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and automated test systems for manufacturing and lab use.
• Collaborate with project teams to define requirements and deploy test capabilities.
• Convert verification data into actionable insights for operations and quality teams.
• Support DFMA and DFT considerations in product and process development.
• Lead or assist procurement, installation, and qualification of test-related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analyses to implement corrective actions.
