Job summary

Stord, the Consumer Experience Company, is hiring a Software Engineer in Test to design and implement automated testing infrastructure for a high-growth supply-chain platform. You will build Playwright-based end-to-end suites, integrate tests with GitHub Actions, and drive AI-assisted test generation to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining production E2E test suites with Playwright or equivalent.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; writes maintainable automation as software.
• Hands-on API/contract testing with Pact or Postman; familiar with CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scripts across API, integration, end-to-end, and load tests.
• Collaborate with PMs to convert acceptance criteria into automated coverage.
• Wire test suites into GitHub Actions CI and gate releases on coverage.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling to optimize test generation and triage results.
