Stord, the Consumer Experience Company, is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test for a remote role across the United States and Canada. You will build and own end-to-end test automation, AI-assisted tooling, and regression infrastructure to improve release velocity and confidence on a high-growth platform.

You’ll work closely with product teams and engineers to transform acceptance criteria into automated tests, integrate suites with GitHub Actions, and drive coverage across API,

Qualificações

• Experience building production E2E test suites (Playwright or equivalent).
• CI/CD integration to gate releases with test results.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on with API/contract testing tooling (Pact or Postman).
• Experience with load/performance testing tools (k6/Locust).
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tooling to generate tests while auditing results.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scripts across API, integration, E2E and load tests.
• Convert PM acceptance criteria into automated coverage; align with Golden Path journeys.
• Create Playwright-based E2E suites for product journeys.
• Integrate test suites into GitHub Actions CI and gate releases.
• Own suite health: reduce flakes and improve coverage reliability.
• Develop regression and coverage infrastructure for test mapping and dashboards.
• Develop load and performance test frameworks for diverse applications.
