Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned test engineer to lead integrated product team activities in DoD programs, creating comprehensive test plans and reports, and coordinating with customers and partners. The role emphasizes adherence to military specifications, test readiness, and cross-functional leadership.

You will manage test documentation packages, coordinate with program managers and design engineers, and travel as needed to support off-site testing. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD programs involving verification, validation, test plans, test reports.
• Environmental testing methods and processes knowledge.
• Ability to assemble test plans and reports for customer deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Create Master Test Plans (MTPs), HUMs, Detailed Test Plans (DTPs), test procedures, and ETRs.
• Administer system test activities for programs within IPTs.
• Lead CAM activities coordinating with budgets, milestones, deliveries.
