Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to guide JPES/JCRM software verification and validation across sprint testing, regression, integration, CIT, GAT, and user validation.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing/QA, demonstrated test leadership, and experience developing test plans and strategies within agile environments; U.S. citizenship and Secret eligibility are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Required: BA/BS in an engineering discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• 8+ years software testing/QA experience.
• Demonstrated test leadership.
• Experience developing test plans and strategies.
• Agile software-testing experience.
• Requirements/test traceability experience.
• Defect-management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategy and plans.
• Lead functional, regression, integration, performance, and operational testing.
• Maintain requirements-to-test traceability.
• Coordinate CIT and GAT support.
• Lead defect management and verification.
• Support UFL/UAT and user-validation events.
• Coordinate testing with development, integration, cyber, infrastructure, and Government stakeholders.
• Assess release readiness.
