Job summary

RD Industries, a US-based manufacturer and distributor of fluid containment and dispensing systems, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Packaging & Dispensing to grow North American business from Omaha, NE. You will manage existing accounts, pursue new opportunities, and build strong customer partnerships with a solutions-driven approach.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams, travel up to 15%, and develop proposals and pricing for strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, especially in manufacturing or technical products.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines.
• Ability to explain technical products in clear terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products to key decision-makers.
• Create proposals, pricing, and business cases.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams.
