ACV Auctions in Buffalo is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing dealer partnerships across the territory. You will build trusted relationships with dealership leaders, perform live platform demos, and tailor value propositions to each operation's needs.

Travel within the geographic area is required; success depends on grit, persistence, and a data-driven approach to exceed sales targets and expand ACV's market share.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B field sales experience.
• 5+ years selling in the automotive sector.
• CRM proficiency, Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list of new franchises and independent rooftops.
• Execute high-volume outreach through in-person dealership visits, over the phone engagement, and presence at events.
• Qualify prospects using ACV's opportunity framework, assessing business volume opportunities and decision-makers.
• Lead in-person discovery meetings to understand prospect operations and current auction relationships.
• Position ACV's portfolio with a data-driven case grounded in value proposition.
• Conduct live in-person platform demos and provide product education to dealers.
• Negotiate and close seller agreements, including pricing structures.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers for target accounts and clean handoffs.
• Record and manage pipeline daily in Salesforce for reporting and motion.
