Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B field sales experience.
• 5+ years selling within the automotive industry.
• Track record of closing deals with high-level decision makers.
• CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline.
• Strong analytic mindset using data to drive decisions.
• Must be comfortable in field daily and traveling.
• Fluency in English and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list of new franchises and rooftops.
• Execute high-volume outreach through in-person visits and calls.
• Qualify prospects using opportunity framework and assess opportunities.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand prospect challenges and workflows.
• Negotiate and close seller agreements with pricing structure.
• Record and manage pipeline in Salesforce daily.
