Job summary

Biocon Biologics Limited is seeking a Sr. Territory Account Manager to lead a defined geography, driving growth in Oncology, Retina, and Immunology.

You will own territory performance, develop integrated plans, and engage complex stakeholders across health systems, infusion centers, and specialty clinics. The role requires strong business acumen, ability to translate economic and clinical value, and collaboration with National Accounts, Market Access, and Medical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty, or institutional healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Strong specialty selling experience in Oncology preferred, Retina and Immunology valued.
• Proven understanding of institutional account management across health systems and buy-and-bill environments.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and deliver sales objectives across Oncology, Retina, and Immunology.
• Develop and execute integrated territory business plans prioritizing high-opportunity accounts.
• Map stakeholders and decision pathways across clinical, operational, reimbursement, and admin domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field execution with enterprise priorities.
• Maintain disciplined CRM documentation in Veeva for account plans and opportunities.
• Travel as needed to cover territory and build relationships with key customers.
