Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or institutional healthcare sales.
• Experience selling to health systems, infusion centers, and specialty clinics.
• Strong understanding of reimbursement models and site-of-care decision drivers.
• Oncology selling experience preferred; Retina and Immunology valued.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives across Oncology, Retina, and Immunology.
• Develop integrated territory plans, prioritize accounts, and adapt to market changes.
• Map stakeholders and build long-term relationships with physicians, executives, and reimbursement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field execution with enterprise priorities.
