You will engage health systems, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and community accounts to advance portfolio adoption. You will develop integrated territory plans, manage accounts through complex stakeholder networks, and collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Sales leadership to translate strategy into execution while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty, or institutional healthcare sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and deliver sales objectives across Oncology, Retina, and Immunology.
• Develop and execute integrated territory business plans based on opportunity and access dynamics.
• Lead strategic engagement with health systems, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital outpatient departments.
• Map stakeholders and decision pathways across clinical, operational, reimbursement and administrative roles.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to translate enterprise strategy into account-level execution.
• Maintain disciplined CRM documentation in Veeva including account plans and opportunity tracking.
