Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a mid-market Account Executive to drive new business, renewals, and expansion across defined territories. You will engage technical and executive stakeholders, map opportunities, and build scalable partner networks to accelerate revenue growth.

The role emphasizes a strong sales and technical background, collaboration across Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams, and a proven ability to forecast outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Software and system skills (SFDC, Tableau, G-Suite, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account/territory plan to hit targets.
• Drive new business, expansion, and renewals in your territory.
• Engage in account mapping with partners and train new partners.
• Develop scalable relationships to expand the partner ecosystem.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through ongoing engagement.
• Understand customer use-cases and map to Cloudflare solutions.
• Craft compelling value propositions and drive outbound awareness.
• Forecast outcomes via a structured sales process and next steps.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Network across units to engage new divisional buyers.
• Position Cloudflare One and Connectivity Cloud to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback.
