• Experience with terminal operations and product movements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with assigned customer base and maintain all customer paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers, surveyors, and customers on orders and product movement.
• Prepare orders for inbound/outbound trucks, rail, and barges with required paperwork.
• Update inventory systems and reconcile custody transfer volumes.
• Support month-end close and provide billing information for accounts.
