Qualifications

• Experience in terminal operations or logistics preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer base, maintain paperwork and equipment.
• Coordinate with carriers and surveyors on orders and product movement.
• Prepare orders for inbound/outbound trucks, rail and barges; manage paperwork and data entry.
• Adhere to the terminal’s Facility Security Plan.
• Update the Galahad inventory system and analyze movements and variances.
• Reconcile custody transfer volumes with operations and customers.
• Complete month-end close for billing and customer reporting.
• Provide regulatory reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Provide billing information to Accounts Payable.
• Track terminal expenditures and assist with forecasting.
