Qualifications

• Construction project management experience in a client-facing role.
• PMP certification and a related college degree.
• Experience with commercial real estate and tenant improvements.

Responsabilités

• Interface with client and consultants at all project stages.
• Manage budgets, invoices and project financials.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Apply performance management techniques and governance.
• Oversee change control and project communications.
• Prepare budget progress and status reports.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Identify opportunities for PM process improvements and new work.
