Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field required.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years in construction project management with complex projects.
• Experience managing multiple tenant improvement and development projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Procore or similar PM software.
• Willingness to work in San Francisco office and travel to project sites; US work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee milestone tracking to prevent schedule delays.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems across all project phases.
• Apply best practices and drive continuous improvement on projects.
• Prepare and present formal project status reports to executives.
• Monitor multiple concurrent projects to ensure design and client standards.
• Coordinate communication with designers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Review reports, submittals, timelines, and cost data for accuracy.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and constructability improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
