Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role supports the delivery of large-scale tenant improvement and development construction projects for data center clients.

You will work with senior team members to drive project success from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with a solid foundation in construction project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP preferred.
• 5-8 years of construction project management experience with client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in Tenant Improvement and Fit-Out projects within Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze and track milestone activities to avoid schedule delays.
• Support governance, processes and systems implementation across projects.
• Contribute to best practices across projects and teams.
• Prepare project status reports and documentation; monitor progress to align with design standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants through regular reporting and meetings.
• Forecast and update key project milestones; ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Provide general technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders.
