Job summary

Rila Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial tenant improvement construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. This role offers direct exposure to company leadership and a clear path toward a Project Executive position.

The successful candidate will manage TI projects from planning to close, overseeing scheduling, budgeting and quality control, while building strong relationships with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
• Experience leading tenant improvement projects in the San Francisco Bay Area
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Tech campus project experience is a plus
• Proficiency with construction project management software

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant improvement construction projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting and quality control
• Identify project risks early and develop contingency plans to keep delivery on track
• Coordinate project teams to deliver work on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
