You will lead tenant improvement projects from early planning to closeout, maintaining strong client communication, controlling costs, and delivering projects on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Direct experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Established network of clients and industry relationships in the Los Angeles market.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with clients and industry contacts in the LA market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes of work, procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost controls.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and other project documentation.
• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues affecting schedule, budget, quality, or client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure plans and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project performance and reporting using Procore and MS Office.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and project specs.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and generate repeat business in LA.
