Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years on commercial interior fit-outs.
• Demonstrable experience managing both general-contractor and owner-build delivery models.
• Strong written communication skills for reports and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction design and coordination with multiple business functions.
• Manage construction delivery of multiple concurrent Bay Area projects from start to finish.
• Identify and negotiate cost-effective procurement strategies.
