Job summary

MECU is seeking a service-oriented teller professional to ensure accuracy in transactions and provide excellent member service. The Senior Teller will supervise the teller line in the Head Teller's absence and assist with daily activities, ensuring adequate cash flow and coaching junior staff.

Candidates should have 2+ years of teller and sales/customer service experience, with proficiency in ATM operations and branch settlements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teller experience required.
• 2+ years sales/customer service experience required.
• Experience with ATM and branch settlements is preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller line in the absence of Head Teller.
• Assist Head Teller with daily teller activities and cash flow.
• Provide coaching and training to Teller I and II.
• Monitor for counterfeit monetary instruments and ensure accuracy.
