Qualifications

• Four years in branch operations with at least one year in new accounts is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Treasury Management including wire procedures and policies.
• Mastery of key branch systems; basic Word and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach Teller teams to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Approve transactions within established limits and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead training on banking procedures and contribute to audit and certification results.
• Manage and mentor staff, hire decisions, and performance reviews.
• Respond to inquiries from back-office operations and other units.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial products.
