Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of prior customer service experience in financial services, food industry, hospitality or retail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and adaptable in interactions with members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service by assessing members' needs while processing transactions.
• Educate and recommend products and services to improve members' financial health.
• Open accounts and process simple loan applications after needs assessment.
• Build relationships with members through listening and communication skills to benefit their financial wellbeing.
• Engage with members via follow-up calls and community events when appropriate.
