Job summary

Open accounts and submit simple loan applications; educate members on products and digital tools; build relationships that support financial wellbeing.

Some evenings and Saturdays are required; a High School diploma and basic PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in financial services, food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
• Professional and understanding in all interactions.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing job requirements.
• Passion for providing exceptional service, integrity, and resourcefulness.
• Eagerness to learn and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Savvy with PCs, email, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
