The role emphasizes dynamic service, problem-solving, and relationship building within a team-focused culture. Flexible branch hours, including Saturdays, are available to support members' needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years of experience in a financial institution or related field and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using common office applications and office equipment.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
• Experience controlling negotiable instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Skill in diffusing escalations in a positive manner and resolving member concerns.
• Adaptable to a productive team environment with coaching and feedback.
