Job summary

Marquette Bank is seeking a Senior Teller Flex to support multiple branches. You will perform backroom teller functions, balance the vault, and help open and close branches, while delivering accurate transactions and strong customer service.

As part of Retail Operations, you will work with the Teller Supervisor or Branch Operations Manager, maintain compliance with laws and internal policies, and assist other tellers as needed. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years teller experience.
• Detail oriented with a thorough understanding of the Teller Department.
• Versatile and possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers.
• Possess leadership and organizational skills to be able to analyze accurately and think quickly.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees and customers with professional communication.
• Represent the bank in a professional manner in all customer interactions.
• Balance daily transactions and backroom teller duties.
• Open and close the branch as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Support Teller Supervisor and Branch Operations Manager in daily duties.
