Job summary

Marquette Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Manager Officer to oversee day-to-day teller operations at the branch. You will ensure prompt customer service and accurate end-of-day balancing, while applying discretion and coordinating Bank programs.

Ideal candidates have teller leadership experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a solid understanding of security and balancing procedures. This role requires an ability to train staff and maintain compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience directing teller staff and banking background.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures, vault balancing and ATM balancing.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller team and ensure branch policies are followed.
• Supervise tellers and senior tellers; approve transactions.
• Schedule tellers and manage opening/closing of the branch.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and monitor branch performance.
• Coordinate with Branch Sales Coordinator to meet branch goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
