Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banking, cash handling, customer service, and/or sales preferred.
• Onsite role with fixed branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, personalized customer service and greet customers.
• Process deposits/withdrawals and verify endorsements and IDs.
• Handle payments and orders per policy including money orders.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Utilize banking systems to complete transactions accurately.
• Support sales referrals to meet goals and participate in training.
