Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related banking or customer service experience.
• On-site work required at the Lombard branch.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality, personalized customer service (greeting/closing, uses customer name, etc.).
• Processes deposits/withdrawals per policy and verifies endorsements/IDs.
• Handles various payments and orders (loans, real estate tax, money orders, cashier’s checks).
• Balances cash drawer and researches discrepancies.
• Uses technology to complete transactions accurately.
• Contributes to sales referral goals through individual performance.
