Job summary

Territorial Savings, a division of Bank of Hope, in Kailua, Hawaii, is seeking a Bank Teller who delivers efficient, accurate, and courteous service while assisting customers with their banking needs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Teller ensures smooth processing of daily transactions, adherence to policies, and exceptional customer service.

As a member of the branch team, you will balance the cash drawer, assist with ATM balancing and night deposits, and seek opportunities to deepen

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers across basic inquiries.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Protect customer privacy and comply with bank policies and security rules.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and branch projects.
