Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a Sr. Teller in the Kaimuki area to deliver exceptional customer service and efficiently process routine banking transactions. You will help customers understand products, resolve issues, and support branch goals while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and adherence to policies.

You will also mentor fellow tellers, balance drawers, and participate in special projects. The role is Full-Time at a Honolulu location, with a focus on customer-first service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Some experience in retail sales and customer service functions a plus.
• Skills: Excellent written and oral communication; ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Educate customers about bank products and services and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Mentor and train less experienced tellers on customer service, cash handling, and procedures.
• Balance personal cash drawer and monitor cash levels for accuracy.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve goals and maintain team culture.
