Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.

• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller functions; coach tellers and manage teller line operations.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial discussions.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security and audit controls.
