You will coach tellers, balance cash drawers, process transactions securely, and promote additional services. The role partners closely with the Branch Operations Manager in an in‑office setting, emphasizing teamwork and personalized customer care in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Two years teller experience in a financial institution preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong cash handling and balancing abilities.
• Leadership and coaching skills to develop teammates.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist with training and supervise tellers, coordinating their workflow and ensuring professional conduct.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist in branch balancing and vault operations.
• Coach tellers and develop the team through coaching and training.
• Process transactions accurately, post transactions, and provide member receipts.
• Promote and refer new services or products to benefit members.
• Maintain secure records and adhere to branch procedures and security.
