Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. seeks a telephony administrator to support operational and advanced voice services, handling move, add, change, and disconnect requests for voice, voicemail, conference services, safety devices, IVR, vectoring, and unified communications.

You will ensure 911 location accuracy, deliver exceptional customer service, and create technical notes and knowledge base articles, using IT systems to track work performed and labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and advanced telephony administration for voice, voicemail, conference services, safety devices, telephone IVR, vectoring and call center requests, and unified communication services.
• Maintain accurate 911 location information and provide exceptional customer service to build operational credibility.
• Create detailed technical notes and documentation.
• Create knowledge base articles for internal and customer consumption. Use Division of Information Technology systems for tracking work performed and labor hours.
