RTX is seeking an experienced Principal Telemetry and Flight Termination Systems Engineer to lead TM/FTS architectures and drive end-to-end PCBA development. The role emphasizes deep analog/mixed-signal expertise, rigorous design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to meet demanding defense requirements.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop system-level solutions, and ensure compliance with RCC, FCC, NSA standards while working onsite at US locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with electronics design at system/subsystem level and with electrical design specifications.
• Deep experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design (op-amps, filters, A/D converters, level shifting).
• Experience with MATLAB, MATLAB-based analyses, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system and circuit-level architecture design activities for TM and FTS subsystems.
• Drive full lifecycle development of PCBA-level designs from requirements to qualification.
• Lead technical reviews, investigations, and cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Oversee analog and mixed-signal circuit design, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and help set engineering best practices.
• Generate artifacts to demonstrate compliance with program, performance, and regulatory requirements.
