Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned hardware systems integration professional to support flight test events and platform integration laboratory testing in Tucson, AZ. You will analyze data, generate detailed reports, and ensure tests meet design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years or Master’s with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Hardware systems integration experience, preferably on shipboard platforms.
• Experience supporting field tests and telemetry data analysis.
• Experience with Earned Value Management systems.
• Strong data collection, reporting, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and testing to meet design requirements.
• Collect data, review elements, and provide detailed results reports.
• Trace or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; analyze failures.
• Create/modify documentation for TRR, CTS, and TDR packages.
• Support field testing for land and shipboard applications.
