Idaho Power in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Telecommunications System Administrator or Senior to join our Information Technology team. The role analyzes, installs, configures, upgrades, tests, and maintains software and hardware in support of business processing requirements across voice platforms, cloud services, and related systems.

It also provides technical support when issues are not resolved by the IT Service Desk.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of technology administration experience
• Preferred: 3+ years of voice-related technology administration experience, Cisco CCNA Collaboration

• Analyze, install, configure, upgrade, test, document, monitor and maintain software and hardware supporting business processing requirements
• Provide advanced level support for systems including troubleshooting, performance, monitoring, cost-benefit, security and licensing analysis
• Participate in the development and execution of technology strategies to support organizational activities
