Job summary

Idaho Power in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an Engineering and Construction Project Manager (Senior) to lead transmission, distribution, and substation projects. Based at our downtown Boise office, this role offers up to 40% remote work and relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

You will manage safety, scope, cost, schedule, and risk for multi-discipline projects, lead teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and journeyman-level utility experience.
• 2 years of related project management or engineering experience for PM level.
• 6 years of related project management or engineering experience for Senior level.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for transmission, distribution, and substation projects to meet safety, scope, cost, schedule, and risk targets.
• Direct performance of project teams to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and exercise technical judgment in decision-making.
