Placements24 is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Solutions Specialist to join an East London team. You will develop tailored telecom solutions for enterprise clients, integrating fiber optics, cloud connectivity, and managed services, and present these to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to translate client needs into feasible, high-value designs and demonstrations, while staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a solutions architect, pre-sales engineer, or similar role within telecoms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs), fiber optic tech, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective telecommunications solutions.
• Design and propose integrated solutions including fiber, VoIP, data services, cloud integration, and managed network services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with offerings.
• Develop high-level solution designs, including network diagrams and specs.
• Act as a technical liaison between sales and internal technical departments.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and respond to RFPs.

You will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand client needs and design comprehensive solutions that integrate various services, including fiber optics, cloud connectivity, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
