Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical network infrastructure projects. Based in East London, this hybrid role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, guiding teams through all lifecycle phases.

You will manage scope, schedule, procurement and risks with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable and professional development is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications.
• Proven track record delivering complex telecoms infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with East London project execution.

Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This hybrid position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities
