Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Supervisor for construction and maintenance of telecommunications sites in the Kent, WA area. You will oversee field crews, coordinate job work orders, and ensure quality control across project phases.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; 5–7 years tower/construction experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to supervise and train staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of handling reports and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project plans and drawings to determine work scope.
• Attends bid walks to assess site requirements and materials.
• Directs production scheduling to meet service loads and deadlines.
• Initiates job work orders and coordinates procurement of tools/materials.
• Maintains quality control objectives and safety compliance.
