Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Tower Foreman for the greater Spokane area to lead tower construction and maintenance projects. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on leadership on-site in a telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating crew activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and overseeing site builds from monopoles to rooftops while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction or telecommunications experience preferred.
• Experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU’s, fiber, installation of steel platforms and grounding.
• Basic electrical skills along with experience using and operating power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.
• Lead and manage crew members and take direction.
• Collaborate with managers and work well in a team.
• Assist in building communication sites such as monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting, and guyed.
• Use RF test gear and perform Sweep and PIM testing.
