Capstone Solutions, Inc. in Portland, OR, is seeking an experienced RF Tower Foreman to lead crews on wireless construction projects in the greater Portland area. You will oversee tower modifications, testing, and site work while ensuring safety, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years in telecom/construction, antenna installation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel and work overtime as needed. Valid license and reliable transit are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction or telecommunications experience.
• Experience with antenna installation, grounding, fiber, and RF components.
• Ability to climb tall structures and work in varied weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel and work overtime/weekends occasionally.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crew members on tower projects.
• Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits.
• Conduct RF sweep and PIM testing as required.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management and clients as needed.
• Maintain 100% fall protection while on towers.
