Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for real estate site modifications for network macro sites across Northern California and Nevada. You will manage and drive site acquisition vendors to deliver goals and ensure smooth handoffs to the Construction Team.

Key tasks include project management, milestone tracking, lease due diligence, landlord communications, site visits, zoning reviews, and managing purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of work experience.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive site acquisition vendors to deliver goals and hand off projects to Construction Team.
• Perform project management, milestone tracking, and lease due diligence.
• Represent in communications with landlords and escalate issues with recommendations.
• Conduct site visits, zoning review, and hearing attendance.
• Review and manage purchase orders and vendor invoices.
