Everforth Apex is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist/Developer in Walnut Creek, CA. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office days and requires coordinating real estate modifications for network macro sites in Northern California and Nevada.

You will manage vendors, perform lease reviews, and collaborate with RF, construction, and legal teams to meet project milestones while ensuring regulatory compliance. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of work experience.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of land use, zoning procedures, and real estate acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Manage and drive site acquisition vendors to meet goals.
• Perform lease due diligence and review leases.
• Represent the company in communications with landlords.
• Escalate issues with recommendations to management.
