Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to manage site acquisitions for network macro sites across Northern California and Nevada. You will drive vendor performance, handle lease due diligence, and coordinate with construction teams to hand off projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with RF, legal, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of real estate, telecom, or project management experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience negotiating with landlords and handling leases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive site acquisition vendors to meet goals.
• Perform lease due diligence and manage purchase orders.
• Represent the company in landlord negotiations and communications.
• Coordinate with RF, construction, network operations, fiber, and legal teams.
• Attend zoning hearings and conduct site visits as needed.
