A telecommunications firm is seeking a Senior Network Provisioner responsible for managing Voice and Data Telecommunications circuits. You will oversee inventory management, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely provisioning of services. The ideal candidate must have over 7 years of experience in network provisioning, be proficient in Excel, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery in the telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office competency.
• Experience with data quality and reporting of assets in network provisioning.
• Experience with provisioning mobility, Voice & Data.
• Presentation and Project Coordination Skills.

Responsibilities

• Order data and voice circuits for network infrastructure.
• Provision circuits with various carriers.
• Enter new and modify service orders.
• Maintain and track order status updates.
• Engage with telco vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory integrity in Telecommunications Expense Management System.
• Support merger and acquisition circuit provisioning.
• Perform technical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering departments.
