Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Legacy Decommissioning program focused on telecom cost-saving and network consolidation initiatives. The role will coordinate across Test, Grooms, Operations, Planning, and Deployment to own scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation.

You will lead complex telecom projects from initiation through completion, manage budgets, identify risks and dependencies, and drive multiple teams toward

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications and/or project management experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, reporting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of SONET, DWDM, and/or IP networks.
• Experience coordinating across network Planning, Grooms, Test, Operations, and Deployment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex telecom projects from initiation through completion with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate activities across Test, Grooms, Operations, Planning, and Deployment.
• Manage overall project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Support cost-saving initiatives involving cabinet, cage, site, and leased-fiber consolidations or exits.
• Own project budget management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability across multiple technical and operational teams.
• Analyze project data and provide accurate status reporting.
