Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecom projects from initiation through close-out, including network builds, fiber deployments, and site upgrades. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality across engineering teams, field crews, vendors, and customers.

Join a growing team delivering FTTH/FTTP, 5G and DAS initiatives. You will mentor junior PMs, improve PMO processes, and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing telecom infrastructure projects.
• Budgets of $5M+ and cross-functional teams of 15+.
• Knowledge of fiber optic, wireless (4G/5G), IP/MPLS or transport networks.
• Experience with permitting, rights-of-way and municipal/utility coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera P6, plus Excel and a ticketing/PSA tool.
• Strong financial management including capex budgeting and forecasting.
• Valid driver's license and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects (FTTH/FTTP, 5G, DAS, data center interconnects).
• Build integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, permitting and procurement.
• Manage 3-8 concurrent projects valued at $2M-$25M each.
• Track milestones through design, permitting, construction, testing, turn-up and acceptance.
• Act as primary contact for customers, municipalities, utilities and sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, field, procurement and finance.
• Secure rights-of-way, pole attachments, zoning approvals and permits.
